• Setup and perform entire functions of different departments
• Perform daily store opening and closing
• Handle cashiering duties efficiently
• Attend to customers’ enquiries and handle feedback professionally
• Manage a team of Retail Assistants to provide excellent customer service
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant retail experience, preferably from supermarket background
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong supervisory skills and ability to manage a team
• Passionate about customer service and retail sector
• Able to multi-task and work independently
